My name is Duncan Boar. I am an International Mountain Leader based in the Abruzzo region of Italy. I am available on a daily basis to 'guide' in the Majella, Abruzzo, Gran Sasso and other mountainous regions near Sulmona as well as running week long holidays in the Abruzzo, Dolomite and Piemonte regions of Italy.
